Foundation and purpose 

When we buy items from private persons there are certain legal opligations that demand we store your personal information, including your full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and identification such as a drivers license or passport. This information is necessary for us in order to comply with the Danish laws and regulation pertaining to keeping a Kosterbog, which is required by the police. When you buy from us online we need your common contact information such as name, address, and phone number, in order to deliver the product or service which you have purchased. We collect information in the form of your e-mail address in order to send you order confirmations and updates. 
When you pay for a product or service we collect your name, payment information, and IP-address. The information collected in connection to the payment transaction is only used and stored in connection to the payment and fulfiment thereof. Some information needed to ensure the transaction may be shared with a third party to the extent that it is necessary to complete the transaction. This information may include the order total and order information. If you are unable to provide the required personal information needed to fulfill payment, you will not be able to succesfully make a purchase from our webshop. The information stored in connection to the transaction will be deleted after 5 years of your purchase arriving with you, with the exception of your e-mail address. 

Other recipients of personal information 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don’t transfer your personal information to third party countries. If you have purchased an item for delivery we share information regarding your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address with our shipping partners (Postnord and GLS) for the purpose of delivering your purchase. Our website is hosted through Auxo and our payment and POS service is through PensoPay who functions as our data processor. All personal information which you grant us through our website is stored in Auxo’s datacenters. We use external partners in order to give you the highest quality service. These external partners are data processors and will on occation process personal information in order to deliver their service to us. Our data processors only process personal information per our instructions and within the demands by current law for data processors. We have made a data processing agreement with our data processors, which serves as a guarantee that they will act dutifully within the laws and regulations governing the protection of your personal information. 

Your rights 

You have certain rights which we at any time will uphold. Your rights include: 

• Access to and editorial rights to your personal information 

• Right to have yout personal information deleted
