Gold has historically done very well. In 2024 it had quite a speedy growth and it was difficult to keep up with the swining prices, and it has certainly been noticeable that people wants to sell gold, especially in coin form.
Gold has often been used as an investment, and we experience a large demand from our customers for gold coins for investment purposes. Gold coins are suprisingly diverse. In Denmark we’ve used Gylden, Ducats, D’or, Kroner, and more, and abroad the diversity is only greater. A lot of collectors in Denmark collect the classic 10 and 20 kroner in gold, but with a bit of curiosity you’ll find that there are so many wildly different gold coins in the world.
